I originally ordered a different color and when my fiancé tried it on, we thought he might need a bigger size. I messaged customer service and then promptly sent the bigger size, no charge. It was too big and he had changed his mind on the color, so I returned both and got the one he wanted. Shipping and refunds were quick and easy!
