I got my Ridge as a present for Christmas. I had it for awhile and one day getting out of the truck, the clip got caught on my seat belt and bent out so that the clip was useless. I waited forever dreading contacting customer support. However when I did reach out the claim process was extremely easy. The new clip arrived in a few days. It was a very simple replacement. I did not need help. The customer support was quick and simple. Not a long drawn out process no hassle what so ever. I will always use Ridge.
